Holbrook Construction Company Limited is a member of the Holbrook Group of Companies whose head offices are in London and whose core business has been international trade and project finance.

Holbrook Construction Company Limited was formed to develop high quality holiday villas and apartments on Phuket Island / Thailand.

The proprietor’s having spent several years holidaying on Phuket Island identified an opportunity to build high quality villas and apartments as they observed that there was a market for high quality well finished properties.

Linking up with Selwyn Casey who has more than 35 years experience in the building industry within the UK, Europe and the Middle East, Holbrook Construction Company Ltd is now in a position to fulfil this opportunity and build a successfull leisure construction division.

From offices on Phuket Island Holbrook Group intends to utilise its international finance experience and pursue trade and project finance transactions in Thailand and other Far East Countries.

CHAIRMAN'S STATEMENT

Having spent several years holidaying on Phuket Island I realised that there was a potential and a market shortage for high quality well finished villas and apartments on the island.

I decided to extend my business portfolio to include a specialist construction company to build villas and apartments on Phuket Island and formed Holbrook Construction Company Limited bringing together an international team to work with the local construction market in this very exciting project.

I hope that the success from the initial project will encourage the Group to further extend its investments in Thailand.

This opportunity is a partnership between our international companies and the local Thai community bringing employment to the island of Phuket and expanding the opportunity for the island to attract high worth international visitors.
